Screen Printing

Screen Printing is a non-expensive way of professionally, personalising your product. Company logos, technical descriptions, connector markings etc can easily be incorporated into the design of your product.

As we are able to print on the enclosure surface prior to the bending process we can achieve what is known as ‘multiple surface printing’. This means that for the cost of only 1 print we are able to print on up to 5 different surfaces at no extra cost. It also means that you incur only one artwork cost. This is impossible to do with an ‘off the shelf’ injection moulded case.

The ink used is a specially imported solvent-based product, which is specifically designed for adhering to thermoplastic substrates. Its colour matching system includes the basic shades System 21, the range of highly fade resistant shades (according to DIN 16525), HKS and Pantone.

There are several options available to the customer regarding the artwork for screen printing.
