MACHINING

• High Speed CNC routing
• +/-.2mm tolerances <250mm and +/-.4mm between 250 and 900mm
• proprietary sub-routines to increase efficiency
• optimised for clean edge cuts
• no part clean-up required
• tracking, nesting, yields

FACETTING

• 5mm to 3mm radii and chamfers
• +/-.1mm feature tolerance
• removes extruded texture
• also used as secondary operations to add details

SAWING

• Modified table saws
• +/-.2mm location tolerance
• +/-.1mm feature tolerance
• bending details, tongues & grooves
• add secondary features

BENDING

• CNC Heat Bender
• up to 1000mm long bend
• up to 99 pre-programmed bends
• free standing bend tolerance +/-2 degrees
• captured bend tolerance +/-.5 degrees

ASSEMBLING

• All joints tongue and groove or recess/pocketed and solvent bonded
• all interfaces CNC controlled
• no jigging, fixturing or measuring
• solvent creates chemical weld
• "big boy’s Lego" snap together
• semi-automatic, precision dispensers
