point Outside bend radii (standard CNC heat bend) = 1 material thickness.
point Cold bends of large radii OK if supported and material is relieved on back-side.
point Inside standard bend radii are square (bending cut exposed if bend is less than 90 degrees).
point PCB’s mounted on bosses using self tapping screws or threaded brass inserts.
point EMI/RFI shielding is a UL listed conductive paint, sprayed on either as flat sheet prior to machining or after assembly, for fully-integral shielding.
